  I've been taking my pets there for nearly ten years. They are compassionate, honest, and try to work around my busy schedule. When my golden retriever was diagnosed with end-stage cancer, they went out of their way to help our family end his suffering peacefully in his own home. I'll never forget that.

  They have the compassion of a flea. My dog has been going there since 2009 when the previous owners established Banfield as their vet. First I used to go to their vaccination clinic, which waived their exam fee, but they discontinued doing them. it wasn't for the lack of interest as many people used this service. At the time I was on unemployment, so to get my dog properly vaccinated and save $35 helped. Last year my dog suffered what appeared to be a petite Mal Seizure. it was about 5 minutes till closing time. The lady who answered the phone told me they couldn't see my dog and suggested two place where I could take her. I was grateful and understood why my dog couldn't be seen. I had no issue with that. HOWEVER... two months ago my dog again was having a seizure. This time Banfield was open for another hour and 10 minutes. I called expecting help, what I got was brushed off. I was told by the woman who answered the phone "we just had to euthanize a dog and we just got two walk in's. We are pretty booked up now." WTF!!!!! They are my vet and they won't see my dog who is having a seizure, during regular business hours because it is busy?!? My boyfriend and I were furious...we drove up to Manchester to the emergency hospital. When we came home later, my boyfriend threw out every magnet and sticker that said Banfield. They have no business being a vet hospital. I will never go back to them again.

  I love Banfield but it seems like they can't keep regular staff, every time I go I have a new veterinarian. Eventually this causes me to go elsewhere where I could see the same person consistently
