- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Doctors are amazing, But no one answers the phone ever! They are all to busy gossiping, they need new secretarys, and the attitude they give in the window! I just cant! As much as I love my kids doctor and my own, we are moving to a different place with better customer service. No one ever seems to know the answer to any question I have. If you have a referral to go somewhere else, they will take months to book your appointment. They use to be amazing 10 years ago at the old building.July 09, 2017by Sarah Martinez
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Although I love Dr. Deifick and my experience with my last pregnancy was amazing (enough for me to call them before even thinking about going to another provider for care this time around was not so great. Not only had I been calling for weeks but I had never had my phone call answered one time. NOT ONE TIME. Nor was my phone call returned more than one time. I am now 12 weeks along and have yet to see a doctor. I finally gave up and any else where. I had finally felt unimportant enough to go else where.June 22, 2017by Corin Shepard
