  This is the only place I've gone where it feels like the staff really care about my cats. They don't suggest unnecessary tests or procedures like many other places which is my biggest concern when choosing a vet. This is a small practice with a big heart.

  I've taken all my pets to Dr.Shanks office. Her and her staff are amazing! They are incredibly reasonable with pricing, Dr.Shank is one of the few vets in the area that sees exotic "pocket" pets like guinea pigs, reptiles, etc. Her and her staff have been incredibly helpful with my past five guinea pigs that I've adopted that have since passed from various health/age related issues and has done everything we possibly could have to make my pets comfortable. She even puts up with my cat who is an absolute nightmare for vet visits ;) I'll continue to take my pets to her for many years to come, even now since I've moved a half hour away!
